Entity Extractor SDK

This software development kit enables users to quickly set up a system for identifying, tagging and extracting single and multiple-word proper name entities such as people, companies, drugs, genes or proteins. Incorporating Entity Extractor into your content management applications enables users to browse documents by named entities or view which entities are associated with a set of documents. Or view associations between groups of different entities, such as what drugs or chemical compounds are related to which companies or researchers.

Entity Extractor accepts customized, user-defined entity lists. It can handle millions of entities at extremely high speeds while minimizing memory usage.

Written in Java, Entity Extractor 3.0 is available as a Software Development Kit (SDK). It can be run on any platform/operating system, and installation and integration often requires as little as several hours. A flexible Java API allows users to integrate Entity Extractor with domain-specific heuristics.

Reel Two can also customize Entity Extractor 3.0 to specific domains and applications. For example, Reel Two is using Entity Extractor to power our SureChem Portal and Enterprise products.
